Accessibility statement
Reviewed 5 October 2026. Evolve wants its editorial material to be usable by people with different sensory, motor and cognitive needs. This statement covers the website and the steps we take from our Central Jakarta office.
1. Our aim
We aim to present readable text, meaningful headings, keyboard-accessible controls and clear links. Accessibility is considered an ongoing practice rather than a claim that every browser and assistive technology behaves identically.
2. Structure
Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive link labels. Navigation is shared across the site. Headings are written in a logical order so a reader can scan or use a screen-reader heading list.
3. Images
Editorial images include descriptive alternative text where it contributes meaning. Decorative presentation is kept separate from information. An image’s text description is not intended to replace the surrounding article.
4. Keyboard use
Links, buttons, forms and disclosure controls are intended to work with a keyboard. Focus should remain visible. If a control traps focus, disappears or cannot be reached, please report the page and device involved.
5. Color and contrast
We use dark text on light backgrounds and light text on dark bands. Color is not intended to be the only way information is communicated. Browser zoom and operating-system contrast settings should remain useful.
6. Motion
The site uses minimal motion and does not depend on animation to reveal editorial content. Readers can use browser or operating-system preferences to reduce motion. We review scripts when interactive components change.
7. Forms
Contact fields have visible labels and required fields are identified by browser validation. Messages should not contain urgent health information. A successful submission notice is displayed after the contact form is sent.
8. Mobile access
The layout adapts to narrow screens, with navigation available through a labelled menu button. Content remains readable without horizontal scrolling in ordinary conditions. Network speed and browser settings can still affect loading.
9. Documents and links
External documents may be controlled by their publishers and may not meet the same standard. We label links clearly enough to explain their destination. Contact us if a source is essential but inaccessible.
10. Feedback
Send accessibility feedback to Jalan Diponegoro 45, Menteng, Central Jakarta, 10310, Indonesia, or call +62 813 7458 9210. Include the page address, task, device and assistive technology if comfortable. We aim to acknowledge a report within 10 business days.
11. Review
We review reported barriers and prioritize those preventing access to core information. A fix may require a content, design, hosting or third-party change. We record meaningful improvements as part of our internal publishing process.
12. Change log
This statement was reviewed on 5 October 2026. A future change will receive a new date and a plain-language description. We welcome feedback before that review.
Accessibility work includes checking heading order, link purpose, form labels, focus visibility, text scaling and the relationship between color and meaning. We also consider touch targets and whether an interaction can be completed without a precise pointer movement. Results can vary by browser, screen reader, zoom level, operating system and user settings.
Where a page contains an image, the alternative text is selected for the role that image plays in the article. A meaningful image receives a concise visual description, while a decorative image is not given a distracting label. Documents or embedded third-party material may have separate accessibility characteristics that Evolve cannot fully control.
To report a barrier, please provide the page address, a short description of the difficulty, the browser or assistive technology involved and a preferred contact method. Reports may be sent to Jalan Diponegoro 45, Menteng, Central Jakarta, 10310, Indonesia, or by phone at +62 813 7458 9210. We aim to acknowledge a report within seven days and assess a practical response within 30 days.
This statement was reviewed on 5 October 2026. We keep accessibility feedback under review and may record a report for up to 24 months so that recurring issues can be tracked. The statement will be updated when material changes are made to the website or support process.
Accessibility checks cover desktop and mobile layouts, text resizing, keyboard focus, semantic landmarks, form feedback and the relationship between labels and controls. Results can differ across browsers, operating systems, screen readers and user preferences, so a report that includes the affected setup is especially useful. We prioritize barriers that prevent reading, navigation, submission or understanding.
Images are assessed according to their editorial role: informative images receive useful descriptions, while decorative images are kept from adding unnecessary reading burden. Embedded or linked material may be controlled by another provider and may have a separate accessibility process. A reader can request an alternative format where a reasonable version can be prepared.
Reports may be sent to Jalan Diponegoro 45, Menteng, Central Jakarta, 10310, Indonesia, or by phone at +62 813 7458 9210. Please include the page address, the action attempted, the barrier encountered and a preferred contact method, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We aim to acknowledge reports within seven days and provide an initial response or workaround within 30 days.
Accessibility feedback is retained for up to 24 months so recurring issues can be compared and resolved. It is shared only with people involved in reviewing or correcting the reported barrier. This statement was reviewed on 5 October 2026 and will receive a new date when material changes are made.
Accessibility maintenance
Evolve reviews headings, landmarks, link purpose, keyboard focus, form labels, text scaling, contrast and the relationship between instructions and controls. Checks are performed across common desktop and mobile patterns, but assistive technology can behave differently by browser and operating system.
Images are given descriptions when they convey editorial meaning and are kept quiet when decorative. A linked document, embedded media player or external service may have its own accessibility controls. Readers can request a practical alternative format when one can be prepared without changing the meaning of the material.
Reporting a barrier
Include the page address, the action attempted, the barrier encountered, browser or assistive technology details and a preferred reply method. Please do not send unnecessary health or identity information in a report. Reports can be sent to Jalan Diponegoro 45, Menteng, Central Jakarta, 10310, Indonesia, or by phone at +62 813 7458 9210.
